"MJ Welch Auctioneers was started in 1994 after attending Florida Auction
Academy, not as an auction gallery but,
as a complete Estate and Commercial Business Liquidation Company.
We are a "Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida Auction Company"
Licensed - Bonded - Insured in Florida & Tennessee
We represent Full & Complete Estates of the deceased or down sizing to
retirement homes.
We also specialize in Appraisal & Liquidation of Restaurants or Food related
businesses.

The majority of our Estates we handle have family members or estate
representatives who live in other states or countries.
We do allow consignors to put items in one of these large estate auctions.
We can Buy or Sale one item or the entire contents of a home and are geared to
handle fine art, antiques,
automobiles, pianos, jewelry, chandeliers, guns & etc.
We usually have a staff of twelve at each auction. Because of the types of
auctions we handle,
we employ the services of Sadkowski & Associates, accounting firm, to handle
registration and cashiering at our auctions.
We don't have Auctions on a weekly or monthly basis. We have Auctions as often
as necessary to accommodate our clients.
We held our Auctions at the Boca Raton Embassy Suites Hotel for 13 years but,
due to the poor economy that hit Florida starting in 2006.
We now truck everything out of state to our Dyersburg, TN Auction Gallery, where
the economy is much stronger.
We have auctions about every 5 weeks in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
We are a full service auction company for antiques, art, collectibles, estates
and business.
Most all of our work comes from attorneys, or private referrals who have used
our services before and
value our integrity, honesty and professionalism.
